Fundamental principles of Pranic Healing
Cleansing
The Pranic Healer removes used-up, diseased, or blocked energy from the energy body and systematically places it into a disposal unit filled with water and salt. This is done to allow the body to heal itself. Usually with simple ailments, cleansing alone will improve the condition by 50% or more in the first treatment.
Energising
The Pranic Healer absorbs fresh energy and redirects it to the affected part(s). This gives the body the boost of energetic fuel it needs to heal itself.
Energy Centres (Chakras)
There are 11 major energy centres, or chakras in Pranic Healing which act as mini power stations in charge of feeding the organs and glands with life energy or prana. If any of these energy centres malfunctions, the corresponding organ(s) or gland(s) gets affected. Pranic Healing aims at balancing these energy centres, allowing the body to recover and stay healthy.
Scanning
Scanning is a technique used by Pranic Healers to sense the condition of the energy centres and energy body. Through sensitising exercises the hand’s minor chakras or energy centres become highly sensitive to the energy body, which facilitates the ability to feel this energy. Scanning can also help in preventing disease as imbalances may be found before they manifest in the physical body.
Further uses for Pranic Healing
The cleansing technique can be applied to remove tense or negative feelings from relationships. Many have improved their lives and lives of their children and loved ones, financially, emotionally and physically.

Swinging has been described as "social and sexual intercourse with someone other than your partner, with the full knowledge and consent of that person."
Typically, swinging occurs when a married or otherwise committed couple engages in sexual activity with another couple, multiple couples, or a single individual. These acts can occur in the same room (often called same room swinging) or couples may swap and part (separate room swinging).
Swinging can take many forms:
Swingers will usually either choose to:
The majority of swingers practice safe-sex (using condoms) whilst a minority choose to go bareback.
Why do couples swing?
Swinging isn’t a way to solve relationship problems and shouldn’t be seen as a substitute for intimacy with your own partner. Swingers are generally able to differentiate between the love and closeness they have with their partner and enjoying recreational, non-commital sex with others.
Living out fantasies of being with another person in a safe and open environment can bring greater communication and appreciation of your partner. Most swingers just see swinging as open-minded fun that enhances the relationship they have with the person they love.
How do you go about swinging?
There are many swingers sites that you can join, where you can set up a profile, describing yourselves and what you are looking for in terms of swinging. You are then able to make contact with other swingers via their profiles.
Often swingers choose to meet up in swinging clubs which are found in most countries around the world. Many swinging sites list the clubs in their country (e.g. A list of clubs in the UK and elsewhere can be found on the Swinging Heaven site at http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/clubs/index.html)
Other swingers prefer more private situations and will arrange (typically by corresponding through a swingers site) to meet at a neutral venue, initially to see whether they are attracted to each other. They will then arrange to meet again for sex, either at one of their homes or perhaps in a hotel.
For many “newbie” swingers, that first encounter with others can be very daunting and nerve-wracking. Some swingers play sex games to break the ice, while others just treat the encounter as they would any other social get-together and allow things to develop spontaneously.
If you feel you have got to a point where you want to start having sex with the other party, a good way can be to start with your own partner - things often develop very quickly from that point!
The most important rule of swinging is to keep talking to your partner about it. Before, during and after meeting others for sex. How are you feeling? How was it for you? Should we do anything different? Was there anything that made you uncomfortable? What would you like to try next time? Do you feel safe? Are you comfortable and relaxed with these people?
Be patient! It will take time for you to decide how swinging works best for you. You may start with a thousand and one rules which may whittle down to one or two after a few months. You may not immediately find the right swinging partners, but you’ll know when you do, often within a few minutes of meeting them.
Above all, remember that swinging is about having a good time. You may find that you need to get to know and like the people you choose to swing with before having sex with them. On other occasions you may just want a quick “bonk”. Just make sure that you and your partner both come away with a smile on your faces.
